Abdullah S.

Abdullah S. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2020. In 2013, they began as an Accounting Intern at GHURKA, where they reported directly to the Director of Finance & Administration. Abdullah then worked as a Personal Tax Associate at Liberty Tax Service, where they prepared personal income tax returns. Following this, Abdullah S. worked at PetFlow from 2014 to 2017, where they held the roles of Junior Accountant, Staff Accountant, and Accounting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for performing month end and year end processes, overseeing A/R and A/P operations, and coordinating and assisting the VP with financial audits. In 2017, Abdullah S. began working at PHIDO by Phillips Pet Food & Supplies as the Accounting Manager, where they managed the growth and workflow of the team and controlled books for both companies. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Trade Coffee as the Controller, Assistant Controller, Senior Financial Accounting Manager, and Financial Accounting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading Accounting Operations, managing and coordinating a team of three external accountants, and assisting the Senior Director of Finance with financial reporting, budgeting, and FPA.
