Previously, they spent over five years as the VP of Retention & Lifecycle at The Farmer's Dog, driving innovation in the pet food industry. Adrian also held various roles in customer insights and marketing at Merlin Entertainments plc, where they executed data-driven strategies to enhance guest experiences. They are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising at Penn State University.
