Xavier Riba has worked in a variety of roles since 1994. XAVIER began their career at Banco Santander as a Director of Zone and Branch, Director of Integration, and Sales Area Manager. In 2009, they became the Management Control Director, Director of Quality, and Director of Individuals. In 2019, Xavier took on the role of Associate Corporate Finance at Addenda Group and Professor Associate at EADA Business School. In 2020, they became Interim Chief Financial Officer at tradEAsy, Senior Business Advisor at Kibus Petcare, Cofounder at V & X SOLUTIONS, Consultant at TRUST BUSINESS PARTNERS SL, and Consultor - Formador Transformacion Digital Y FINTECH at Nemesis Risk Certificated.

Xavier Riba has a diverse educational background. XAVIER completed a Postgraduate in Business Administration at Harvard University's Harvard Extension School in 1993. XAVIER then obtained a Master in Banking from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2001. In 2004, they completed a Programa Avanzado en Asesoramiento Financiero from the Universidad de Alcalá. XAVIER also graduated from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with a degree in Ciencias Economicas y Empresariales in 1992. XAVIER has also obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn and EFPA España.
