Celia Trafi

Celia Trafi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment, Talent Development & HRBP for Spain and France at TRADEBE since October 2022. Prior to this role, Celia was an HR Manager & Office Management at voestalpine Iberia S.L. from March 2020 to October 2022, where management of HR projects and full cycle recruiting were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Manager Generalist at voestalpine High Performance Metals Ibérica, S.A.U. from July 2016 to February 2020, and as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at DACHSER from February 2013 to June 2016. Celia holds a degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, along with a course in intensive English from ELC, Edimburgh.
