Greg Hilliard currently serves as the Head of Innovation and Process Technologies at TRADEBE since August 2023. Prior to this role, Greg spent over two decades at PepsiCo, where positions included European Innovation Manager, Technology Innovation Manager, and Productivity Development Engineer. In these roles, responsibilities involved spearheading innovative technologies to enhance sustainability, productivity, and growth across the supply chain for both beverages and snack foods. Previous experience includes management roles at Chemtek Ltd and Courtaulds Chemicals, as well as early engineering positions. Greg holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton and an MBA from The Open University.
