Tom Kaib

Tom Kaib is an experienced manufacturing and operations management professional with a career spanning several well-known companies in the glass and resin industries. Most recently serving as Site Manager at Phoenix Technologies International, LLC from February 2021 to October 2023, Tom supervised over 140 employees across multiple manufacturing plants. Previous roles include Assistant Plant Manager at Bartlett Collins, Operations Manager at M & G Chemicals and APG Polytech, and key management positions at Anchor Hocking and Holophane.
