Elf Lai is a Vice President at TradeBeyond North Americas, where they oversee SaaS solution delivery and manage global sourcing implementations for major retailers and brand manufacturers. With over 25 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise system management, Elf has a proven track record in IT transformation programs. Previously, they held director roles at Accenture, UBS, and British American Tobacco, leading significant projects across Asia Pacific and beyond. Elf earned an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and holds a diploma in Advanced Security Market Analysis from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a B.Sc in Information Systems from The University of Hong Kong.
