Jacky Mo has extensive experience in human resources and people management across various companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Jacky served as Regional HR Director at Merrill Corporation from February 2017 to November 2018 and then transitioned to Flexport as Head of People for Asia from December 2018 until August 2023. Currently, Jacky holds the position of Global Head of People & Culture at TradeBeyond since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director, AP at Beckman Coulter from January 2013 to February 2017 and HR Director for North Asia at Pacnet from April 2007 to January 2013. Jacky Mo holds a Bachelor of Social Science from The University of Hong Kong and an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
