Dave Cummings

Dave Cummings has a significant work experience in the finance industry. Dave was the CEO and Owner of Tradebot from 1999 to 2005 and from 2014 to the present. Tradebot is a company focused on high-frequency stock trading. In 1999, they started the company with a $10,000 investment. Cummings also served as the CEO and Founder of Bats Global Markets, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Dave successfully raised $152M for the company and expanded its market volume to over a billion shares per day. Bats Global Markets later went public and was eventually acquired by Cboe for $3.2B in 2016.

Dave Cummings attended Park Hill High School from 1983 to 1987. After completing high school, they enrolled at Purdue University from 1987 to 1990 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
