Benjamin Müller is an experienced professional with a significant background in marketplace innovation and product management. Since July 2013, Benjamin has served as the Director of Marketplace Innovation & Excellence at Tradebyte, where responsibilities include aligning market insights with business strategy to drive growth and market leadership. Previous roles at Tradebyte include Head of Product for Channel Solutions, where Benjamin led the transformation to a product-focused organization, and Head of Channel Solutions, where a cross-functional business unit was established to expand the retailer portfolio, engaging major players such as ZALANDO, OTTO, and AMAZON. Earlier experience includes roles at rtv media group, where Benjamin served as Team Lead for E-channels, and as Project Manager and Scientific Assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
