Hassan Selim

Hassan Selim has a range of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Hassan is currently working as a Lead Python Engineer at TradeCore since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder and CTO at Hitchhiker starting in August 2017, and at Retag from April 2020 to February 2022.

Hassan'searlier experience includes being a Co-Founder and Lead Game Developer at Null Digital Illusion and Entertainment Studio from October 2010 to December 2017, where they managed the development process and integrated artists' work into the game. Hassan also worked as an R&D Engineer at Simplative Technology Solutions from November 2014 to March 2017, working on various fields such as Internet of Things, Augmented Reality, and Smartphone Development.

Hassan has further experience as a Software Developer at kacib solutions in July 2014, a Kinect Developer at Mash Ltd. from July 2012 to February 2014, and a Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft Egypt from 2012 to 2014. Hassan also worked as a Software Development Contractor at Logic Designs from May 2011 to April 2012.

Hassan started their career as a Bachelor Thesis Student at Universität Augsburg in June 2011, where they focused on Human Computer Interaction and Multi-Touch Interaction on the Microsoft Surface 1.0 (now known as PixelSense).

Hassan Selim attended The German University in Cairo from 2007 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Engineering and Technology.
