Megan Thomson

Customer Success Executive

Megan Thomson has accumulated diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles since entering the workforce, starting as a Customer Service Desk Assistant at Tesco from April 2018 to July 2019. Megan then joined eyebright Ltd in October 2019, where responsibilities included positions as an Administrative Assistant, Partner Account Manager Assistant, and Marketing Assistant until February 2020. Following this, Megan worked as a Customer Service Agent at Medicspot from December 2020 to February 2022. Currently, Megan serves as a Customer Success Executive at tradefact SCRM Platform, a position held since February 2022. Academically, Megan completed a degree in Music Business Management at Glasgow Kelvin College from 2018 to 2019.
