Mallory Tassone

Mallory Tassone, PHR has a diverse range of work experience. Mallory most recently worked as a Sr Technical Talent Partner at Trader Interactive, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, Mallory worked as a Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon from July 2022 to December 2022. Mallory's previous role at Amazon was as a Recruiter on the Military Veterans and Pathways team, where they supported recruiting for Amazon's Worldwide Operations from May 2020 to April 2022. Mallory took a break during their work experience to focus on being a mom from November 2018 to May 2020. Before their break, Mallory worked at Trader Interactive as a Recruiter, sourcing and screening top talent for technology, marketing, and sales positions. Mallory also has experience as a Corporate Recruiter at PRA Group, where they connected with top talent nationwide and conducted full-cycle recruiting. Mallory also worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at PRA Group. Mallory's earlier work experience includes roles as a Recruiter at GLE Creative Talent Inc., a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, and a Front Desk Agent and Front Desk Associate in the hospitality industry.

Mallory Tassone, PHR, completed their education at the College of Charleston from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Marketing. Additionally, Mallory Tassone obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in September 2022.
