Tracy McKenna

Tracy McKenna has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tracy began their career in 1991 as a Technical Sales Representative at May Tag and Label/Creative Label Solutions. From 1993 to 1995, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Okna Corporation. Following this, Tracy served as a Training and Development/Technical Support professional at PaperDirect from 1995 to 1999. Tracy then joined RCM Technologies as a Technical Writing Consultant at ADP from 1999 to 2000. Tracy continued their professional journey at ADP, where they worked as an Information Analyst/Technical Communications Specialist from 2000 to 2008. In 2010, they joined Insight Global as a Technical Communications Specialist and remained until 2011. Tracy has been associated with Trader Interactive since 2015 and has held various roles, including Business Analyst from 2015 to 2019, and currently serves as a Strategic Project Analyst.

Tracy McKenna graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, Tracy obtained a certification in Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in June 2020. Additionally, Tracy became a Certified Usability Analyst through Human Factors International in June 2006.
