Aarohi Dave

Aarohi Dave has a diverse range of work experience. Aarohi is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at AutoTrader.ca since April 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Program Business Analyst / Implementation Lead at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services from May 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Business Analyst at Aspira from March 2021 to May 2021.

In 2019, Aarohi worked at Generali Global Health, where they held various roles. Aarohi was an IDHP Business Systems Analyst from January 2020 to March 2021, responsible for managing the implementation and launch of new Digital Factory projects. Aarohi also served as a Business System Analyst and a SharePoint Business Systems Analyst, involved in SharePoint Online and On-premise data migration projects and creating project onboarding and sign-off documentation.

Prior to that, Aarohi worked as a Product Owner at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from March 2018 to November 2018, where they were responsible for benefit administration and gathering requirements for software solutions. Aarohi also worked as a Business Analyst at Anthem, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2018, contributing to the development of a long-term service and support application called "NIMBUS" based on current best practices in software engineering.

Aarohi's earlier work experience includes positions such as Quality Improvement Coordinator at The MetroHealth System (Cleveland, OH) from January 2017 to August 2017, Testing Assistant and Associate Chair for Board of Student Elections at Cleveland State University from August 2016 to January 2017, and as an Office Assistant in the Office of the Provost at Cleveland State University from January 2016 to July 2016.

Furthermore, Aarohi has experience in the field of dentistry. Aarohi worked as a General Dentist at Kumar's Dental Clinic from September 2013 to June 2015, and as a Dental Intern at K.M Shah Dental College and Hospital from September 2013 to October 2014.

Aarohi Dave completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Healthcare Administration, from Cleveland State University. Aarohi attended the university from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Aarohi earned their Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, and completing courses in Kanban System Design and Test Automation Foundations. Aarohi also completed a course on Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn.
