Ashwin Lobo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashwin began their career in 2004 as a Customer Care Representative at Efunds International, where they resolved customer queries for clients in the financial services, retail, and telecommunications sectors. In 2006, they worked as a Language Consultant at Lionbridge Technologies, providing language translation and proofreading services. Ashwin then joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate in 2006, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they held various roles and responsibilities within the company. In 2013, Ashwin joined ICICI Securities as an Associate in the Corporate Access team, where they played a key role in targeting corporates, establishing relationships, and organizing conferences and events. In 2015, they joined AutoTrader.ca as a Sr. Manager, where they focused on pricing analytics and implementation. Ashwin later transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Sales Operations. Ashwin's most recent role is with AutoTrader.ca, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Ashwin Lobo's education history begins in 1989 when they attended St. Stanislaus High School and obtained their SSC degree in 1999. Ashwin then enrolled at MMK College of Commerce & Economics from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounts & Management. Continuing their education, Ashwin attended the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Master of Commerce degree in the field of Management.
