Parul Sahi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Parul began their career as a Process Improvement Consultant (Intern) at STEMCELL Technologies, where they implemented processes to reduce customer complaints and streamline cross-functional communication. Parul then worked as a Process Improvement Consultant (Intern) at Christine Designs Ltd., where they reduced cycle time, decreased customer complaints, and conducted a cost-benefit analysis for ERP systems.

Parul went on to work at Organika Health Products as a Process Improvement Specialist, where they interviewed employees to map processes, introduced lean principles, and analyzed sales data to determine profitability trends. Parul then joined Dynamic Management Solutions as a Business Consultant, where they increased operational efficiency and delivered a significant return on investment for clients.
