Ree Lillard

Ree Lillard has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 1991, they worked at Traveler's Insurance Company as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Claims Specialist until 1994. In 1994, they moved on to Healthsource Provident, where they worked as a Relations Representative/Administrative Assistant until 1995. From 1995 to 2004, Ree worked at H.C. Brill in various roles, including Sales Support Representative, Product Costing/Sales Support, Co-Managed Inventory/Retail Link Analyst, Supervisor of Sales Administration and Forecasting, and Operations Planning Coordinator. In 2004, Ree joined CSM BSNA as the Pricing and Business Support Manager until 2008. At CSM, they also held the positions of Business Process Analyst from 2008 to 2011 and Sr. Business Analyst from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked at Lawrence Foods, Inc. as a Manager of Production Planning and Analysis. They also worked at SNI Technology as a BA, BPA for a short period in 2016. In 2016, Ree began working at TradeSmith, LLC, where they held various roles such as Operations Manager from 2016 to 2018, Manager of Special Projects from 2018 to 2019, Director of Operations from 2019 to 2023, and their current role as Director of Tech Ops since 2023. Lastly, in 2022, Ree joined Alta as the Director of Tech Ops.

Ree Lillard began their education journey in 1990 at Dekalb Technical Institute, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. They completed their studies in 1991.

After a break, Ree Lillard resumed their education in 2005 at Columbia Southern University. They worked towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, which they pursued until 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ree Lillard obtained a certification in "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
