Molly Busch is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as a member of the Founding Customer Success Team at Tradespace since September 2025. Previously, Molly held the position of Director of Atlas Customer Success at Hunt Club from September 2023 to June 2025, alongside being the Director of Customer Success at Atlas, a Hunt Club Company. Prior to this, Molly worked at AlphaSights from 2018 to September 2023, progressing from Associate in Client Services (Private Equity Accounts) to Manager of Private Equity Accounts and eventually Senior Manager of Consulting Accounts. Earlier experience includes a Research Intern role at MassChallenge in mid-2017 and an External Affairs Intern position at The Home for Little Wanderers in mid-2016. Molly holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Colgate University, complemented by a study abroad experience at the University of Buenos Aires.
