Adam Gessel has an extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and mobile development. Adam began their career as a Mobile Developer at Alliance Health Networks in 2010, where they developed Android and iOS applications and collaborated with others to manage resources.
In 2012, Adam worked as a Mobile Developer at RAIN before joining TradeStation Technologies, Inc. in 2013 as a Software Engineer. During their time at TradeStation, they gained experience in software development.
In 2015, Adam joined Crowd Mics as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built and maintained iOS and Android apps. Adam also designed and built custom hardware for the Crowd Mics app to run on enterprise networks. In addition, they developed responsive web apps and a display system for real-time event information.
Adam then joined TradeStation as a Mobile Team Lead in 2016. Adam led the mobile team, mentored members, and was responsible for the delivery and maintenance of TradeStation mobile apps. After the acquisition by TradeStation, Adam designed the architecture at YouCanTrade.
In 2021, Adam assumed the role of Solutions Architect at TradeStation, where they developed a new GraphQL Service and modular framework architecture for new front-end services.
As of 2022, Adam is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at TradeStation, responsible for the strategy and leadership of the TradeStation Mobile engineering teams and coordinating with other departments to deliver on technical and product goals.
