Diego Munoz

Diego Munoz has over 10 years of experience in various technical and management roles. Diego started their career at Bank of America as a Mainframe Data Transmission Support SME Analyst, where they gained expertise in mainframe products, infrastructure transmission, and protocol support. Diego then joined Hewlett Packard as an IT Incident Manager and Service Management Consultant, where they led technical teams and implemented ITIL best practices for service management. Currently, Diego is working at TradeStation as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, responsible for delivering large-scale product development projects and cloud migrations. Diego works with the latest technology solutions and ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing and mitigating project risks.

Diego Munoz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, which they obtained from Hispanoamericana University from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications in various fields.
