Silenny Serrano

Silenny Serrano began their work experience in 2010 as a Customer Service Trainer at Bodog Nation, where they trained new hires and organized training materials. Silenny then worked as a Business Analyst at Silver Arrow Marketing from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Bernetz as an Affiliates Account Manager, responsible for managing the affiliates system, customer incentives and commissions, and developing marketing ideas to increase brand exposure. Since 2018, Silenny has been working as a Market Data Analyst at TradeStation.

Silenny Serrano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Fidélitas, where they studied from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed a program in Community Management at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, specializing in Marketing. In addition, they obtained certification as a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in July 2021.
