Senior Android Developer at TradeStation

Steven Kerr has a diverse background in software engineering, with experience spanning multiple industries and technologies. Steven began their career as a Software Engineer at Export Computer Exchange in 2001, where they maintained and updated web-based sales tracking software and added online purchasing functionality to the company's website. Steven then moved on to Steton Technology Group in 2002, where they worked as a Software Engineer and was responsible for developing web-based enterprise-level audit collection and reporting software.

In 2004, Steven joined Applied Signal Technology as a Software Engineer, where they wrote requirements, designed, coded, unit tested, and accepted C++ software for GUIs, hardware systems, and real-time digital signal analysis. Additionally, they gained experience in Computer-to-Computer protocol identification.

From 2006 to 2009, Steven worked at Harman Music Group as a Software Engineer, followed by a position at LiveWire Innovation as a Software Engineer from 2009 to 2012. During these roles, Steven primarily focused on software development, including leading software development processes, designing cross-platform GUIs, and developing waveform analysis algorithms and hardware command and control software in C++.

Most recently, Steven has been working at TradeStation since 2013 as a Senior Android Developer. In this role, they have taken the lead in creating the TradeStation Mobile application on Android, providing technical direction to team members, mentoring and supporting them in their career development.

Steven Kerr attended Southern Utah University from 1997 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
