With a background in sustainability and climate, Ashley previously worked as a Manager in Deloitte's Audit & Assurance Sustainability and ESG Services Team, where they led market research focusing on ESG frameworks. Before that, they gained diverse experience through internships at PACCAR and Singtel, and a role as a Server at Cultivate, while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Washington. Ashley also served in the Singapore Police Force, where they contributed to operational logistics.
