Celso Silva

Celso Silva has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Latam Sales at Tradeweb since April 2022. Prior to this role, Silva worked at XP Inc. in Fixed Income Electronic Trading from February 2021 to March 2022 and at Bloomberg LP as an EM Fixed Income Electronic Trading Specialist from June 2015 to January 2021. Additional experience includes positions as EM Sales at MarketAxess, Director at Banco Intercap S/A, and Member at Red Kite Americas LLC, among others. Silva began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at Banco Patrimonio de Investimento S.A. after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from FASP in 1997.
