Harry C.

Harry C. is an experienced professional in the field of information security and cyber risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security Resilience at Tradeweb since January 2019, Harry has also held the position of Vice President, Information Security Engineer at the same company. Prior to Tradeweb, Harry was a Cyber Security Consultant at 7 River Systems. A significant portion of Harry's career was spent at the National Security Agency from July 2009 to January 2019, where roles included Cyber Risk Analyst, Cyber Planner, Project Manager for the Enduring Security Framework, and Corporate Policy Officer. Additionally, Harry gained early experience as a Graduate Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Harry holds a Master of Science in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Washington & Jefferson College.
