Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey Chen is a seasoned professional in information security and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Vendor Risk Manager at Tradeweb since 2025. Previously, they held several roles at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., including Director of Information Security, where they focused on third-party risk management and cybersecurity. Jeffrey also worked as an IT Project Manager at Broadridge, overseeing large-scale migration projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier in their career, they were a Project Leader at ADP, managing development teams and coordinating complex projects. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and has attended the Chubb Institute of Technology for Computer Programming.
