Lon Steger

Lon Steger is an experienced technology professional specializing in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Director at Tradeweb since September 2021, Lon leads strategic technology projects for the Dealerweb division, focusing on fixed income and equity derivatives markets. Prior to this role, Lon founded and managed FTdynamic LLC, providing senior technology consulting in global capital markets from August 2005 to September 2021. Lon has also held key positions at eSpeed (Cantor Fitzgerald) as Head of Software Solutions, Tekom, Inc. as President, and AT&T as a Data Network Sales Engineer. Lon holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University.
