Michael Flaim has extensive experience in the finance and trading sectors, currently serving as Director of US Treasuries and Head of U.S. Institutional Customer Relations & SEF Clearing at Tradeweb since June 2011. At Tradeweb Markets, a leader in electronic over-the-counter marketplaces, Michael has developed expertise in managing institutional relationships and overseeing treasury operations. Prior roles include Vice President of Relationship, Implementation, Strategy & Support, and Assistant Vice President of U.S. Dealer Sales. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as an Associate, Sell Side Representative, and held a position as Assistant Caddie Master at Beacon Hill Country Club. Michael also gained valuable experience as an intern at Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, graduating in 2011.
