Sarmad Uddin

Sarmad Uddin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electronic trading systems and financial management. Currently serving as Director at Tradeweb since October 2013, Sarmad provides hands-on support for complex electronic trading systems, managing application support, system monitoring, and user queries. Prior to Tradeweb, Sarmad held the position of Financial System Manager at Omnicom Group from June 2005 to September 2013, where responsibilities included administering Hyperion Financial Management applications, translating business requirements into database solutions, and providing training and support for financial users. Sarmad also served as Technical Manager for Internal Controls at Omnicom, successfully implementing a centralized active directory used for corporate communications across over 500 locations. Sarmad holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Stony Brook University.
