Scott Wells

Scott Wells is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Managing Director and General Counsel for North America at Tradeweb since November 2012, Scott previously held the roles of Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, as well as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Tradeweb, Scott was an Associate at Fried Frank from September 2007 to October 2012, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities and derivatives regulation. Scott holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin (2004).
