Tory Hazard

Tory Hazard is the Managing Director and Head of the Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) division at Tradeweb, where they focus on integrating clients’ access to fixed-income products and advancing international expansion. Tory previously served as CEO of ICD, leading operations, finance, and marketing since joining in 2009, and co-invented the award-winning Transparency Plus application. Prior to ICD, they held leadership roles at Hazard Financial and Open Films, and were recognized as a leading figure in digital entertainment at Random/Order. Tory earned an MBA in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
