U-Jin Lim

U-Jin Lim is currently the Head of Equities APAC at Tradeweb, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Director at SGX from 2016 to 2020 and worked in various roles in fixed income sales, including with BCP Securities and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust International. U-Jin also held the title of Deputy Head of Asia ETF Business Development at Nikko Asset Management Group in 2024 and was Head of Partnerships at Marketnode from 2024 to 2025. They graduated Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University in 2009.
