TradeWind Capital is an Amsterdam based independent hedge fund manager and was incorporated on 2nd of August 2007. 

The company is managed by Leen den Hollander and was set up by managers with many years of expirience in investing in equities based on fundamental research and managing long/short equity portfolios.

Next to managing the Fund, TradeWind Capital advises investors in Dutch small caps and is often consulted for investment cases.

TradeWind Capital is set up with the believes that absolute returns will be achieved by recognizing diviating fundamental trends. Whereas valuation is mere an risk measurement. While general equity investing based on benchmarks leads to suboptimial portfolios, stockpicking long and short, regardless of index weights, puts capital at work in a much more efficent manner.

Thereffore Tradewind Capital will employ an investment process focused on pragmatic fundamental research based on extensive in dept knowledge of the companies  and their environment.
