They previously held various positions, including RCRA Environmental Scientist and Senior Hydrogeologist at Central Plateau Cleanup Company, and Pre Doctoral Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution. With extensive experience in RCRA and CERCLA documentation and remediation technologies, Aaron has contributed significantly to environmental compliance and stakeholder engagement in the field. They earned their PhD in Geosciences from Boise State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from The College of William and Mary.
