Tradition Meets Future (www.tmfgrowth.com) is an advisory and investment platform that offers private debt solutions for European technology and growth companies. With offices in Germany (Berlin) and France (Sophia Antipolis), our team offers fast-growing companies support in raising debt capital from €5m up to €100m.

Growth debt is a fast and flexible way for short- to medium-term financing without equity dilution that enables higher ROEs and extends the cash runway up to the next valuation event.

For institutional investors growth debt is an attractive illiquid alternative asset class to be used in diversification strategies that allows access to technology driven companies. It offers investors the opportunity to participate in the fast-growing technology segment without the risks of a VC equity investment and profits from the momentum of ever shortening innovation cycles.

Growth debt instruments are interest-bearing instruments, mostly collateralised, that distribute interest and capital gains from equity warrants. This asset class offers the valuation upside potential from an equity investment with the downside protection from a secured fixed income instrument.
