Michael Herron

Michael Herron is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate law, currently serving as Group General Counsel at Tradu since October 2018. Previously, Michael held roles such as General Counsel at ThinkMarkets, where contributions were made to a rapidly growing financial services group, and acted as a Strategic Advisor for ThinkCoin, supporting the TradeConnect network. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Ask The Oak, and serving as Director at iLab Limited, providing consultancy on various legal and governance matters. Michael also held senior legal positions at City Index and Brown Shipley, overseeing legal and compliance functions for prominent financial institutions. Early career experience includes roles as a solicitor at Olswang and Atlantic Law, beginning with training as a Trainee Solicitor at Rooks Rider. Michael Herron earned a Law Hons. degree from UCL and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in London.
