Alexander Westerhoff

Alexander Westerhoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and onboarding, currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Advisor at TRAEDE since August 2019. Previously, Alexander held roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, where contributions included designing a new help center and enhancing user experiences on the Traede platform. Prior to TRAEDE, experience includes positions at JOE & THE JUICE as a Junior Associate and Bar Manager, as well as roles in sales and management at companies like Tiger of Sweden, DIESEL, and Nordstøy, where Alexander co-founded a creative fashion project. Alexander holds a degree in Retail specializing in men's fashion and a business diploma in commerce from Viborg Handelsskole and Viborg Handelsgymnasium, respectively.
