Niklas J.

Niklas J. currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at TRAEDE, where responsibility includes overseeing operations across various departments while collaborating closely with the CEO, CTO, and CCO. With previous experience as an Antler Advisor, Niklas guided early-stage founders in startup strategy, and as a consultant at Stepler, executed market entry strategies for Denmark and the Netherlands. In a regional management role at Bolt, Niklas focused on evaluating new country launches, and as Operations Director at Curb food, successfully launched and scaled operations in Denmark and Sweden. Prior roles include General Manager at Lime, where operational leadership spanned the Nordics, and an earlier tenure as COO at TRAEDE during the company's formative years. Niklas also has a consulting background from Efficia Consulting and holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School.
