Isaac Leighton is an experienced technology professional with a focus on repair and quality control in the computer equipment sector. Currently serving as an OEM QC Technician at Trafera since December 2020, Isaac has taken on various roles including Repair Team Lead and Repair Technician III, ensuring high-quality repairs and efficient processes. Prior experience includes hardware management support at Populus Group, help desk and helpline analyst roles at Randstad Technologies US and TEKsystems, and desktop support at Apex Systems. Isaac began a career in technology after earning an Associate's degree in Enterprise Computing Technology from Century College between 2014 and 2017, along with early experience at Festival Foods Minnesota as a Courtesy Clerk.
