Ryan Morgan

Ryan Morgan has extensive experience in electrical engineering and financial management. Currently serving as an Electrical Field Technician at Traffic Control Corporation since August 2019, Ryan has also held the position of Treasurer for the International Municipal Signal Association since March 2011, coordinating annual training events for over 600 members. Previous roles include Electrical Engineer at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and Financial Controller at ASFCME, where responsibilities included guiding financial decisions and enforcing internal controls. Ryan's tenure with the City of Indianapolis from March 1999 to February 2016 involved project management of school zone signals and assistance with the Police Surveillance Camera Initiative. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis and ITT Technical Institute.
