Tyrell Grove

Tyrell Grove has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tyrell began their career as a Computer Repair Technician at Avalon Technology, where they volunteered for 20 hours a week and gained skills in hardware repair for various devices.

After their time at Avalon Technology, Tyrell joined GL Solutions as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they resolved daily issues and enhancements and built strong client relationships. Tyrell then progressed to the role of Configuration Specialist, where they developed database functions and reports, and automated emails and server scheduled jobs.

Tyrell's next role at GL Solutions was as a Business Analyst, where they implemented best practices for server scheduled jobs and introduced a client onboarding process. Tyrell later became the Quality Assurance Manager, where they established KPIs, remodeled the onboarding process, and created QA processes for database migration.

Most recently, Tyrell has been working at Traffic Technology Services Inc. as a Software Tester and Software Developer. As a Software Tester, they applied advanced skills to resolve complex problems and engineered a Visual Studio unit testing process. In their role as a Software Developer, they designed and augmented user account data structures, created software to ensure partner data integrity, and expanded upon a time allocation algorithm for over 30,000 traffic signals.
