Kyle Mates is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, recruiting, and youth development in lacrosse. Currently serving as a Transformation Specialist at TRAFFIX since May 2022, Kyle takes on roles as Project Owner, Delivery Lead, and Transformation Consultant, contributing to organizational efficiency. In addition, Kyle holds the position of Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Cathedral High School and is a Co-Owner/Co-Founder of Classic Lacrosse, promoting lacrosse skills and knowledge in Indianapolis. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiting and Engagement Manager at TA Services, Business Development Manager at Profyle Tracker, and State Director of Indiana at True Lacrosse, among others.
