Mayra Serrano

Mayra Serrano is an experienced professional with a solid background in customer service and international business. Currently serving as a Collection and Billing Specialist at TRAFFIX since June 2022, Mayra previously held the role of Customer Service Advocate at Future Electronics from September 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included proactive backlog management and creating weekly reports. Prior to that, Mayra was the International Business Director at Tequila Quiote, overseeing the International Sales and Exports department, and before that, served as an International Buyer at ANDRE BADI, managing supplier negotiations and the end-to-end purchase process. Mayra holds a Licenciatura in Comercio Internacional from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and a Diplomado in Comercialización del Tequila in International Markets from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac.
