Jens West

Jens West is a Transport Modelling Specialist at Traficom, where they have served as Chief Adviser and team leader since 2022. Prior to this role, Jens worked as a Transport Analyst at HSL Helsingin seudun liikenne from 2017 to 2022 and as a Transport Economist at Trafikförvaltningen Stockholms läns landsting from 2016 to 2017. Jens also gained experience as a Transport Analyst at SWECO from 2011 to 2016 and taught at Katedralskolan i Åbo in 2009. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Åbo Akademi, a Master of Science in Transport Systems from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Transport Systems from the same institution.
