Anna Ericsson has extensive experience in customer service and passenger experience management, most recently serving as Head of Customer Service at MTR Nordic Group from November 2021 to January 2023. Previous roles include Deputy Airport Director and Head of Passenger Experience at Swedavia AB's Stockholm-Arlanda Airport, as well as various positions at Aon Sweden AB and Nortech AB. In addition to her corporate roles, Anna Ericsson is currently an Executive Director at Trafikverket and serves as a Board Member for Me Too Sweden. Anna Ericsson holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida Atlantic University, completed between 1998 and 2003.
