Leon Trang is an experienced Operations Strategist at Trafikverket, contributing to the development of business and operations strategies since September 2016. Leon has held several roles within the organization, including Head of Section of ERTMS Specification, managing a team of 20 to define ETCS requirements and oversee project deliverables. Leon's project management experience includes leading efforts in the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) and executing digitalization projects in railway infrastructure. Additionally, Leon is an active member of Nova 100 and serves as a CMC member for EULYNX.
