Sofia Berg

Sofia Berg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR-partner for Stora Projekt at Trafikverket since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sofia was a Human Resources Specialist at Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset, focusing on HR support within IT, digitalization, security, and administration from February to September 2023. From November 2020 to February 2023, Sofia worked as a People & Culture Partner at Pulsen Group, where responsibilities included HR functions at the group level as well as managing HR matters in one of its subsidiaries.
