Don Jackson

Don Jackson is an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer with extensive experience leading information security initiatives across global organizations. Currently serving at TRAFiX LLC since December 2024, Don previously held the role of CISO at ION from March 2020 to November 2024, overseeing multiple global teams and developing a risk-driven security program aligned with business objectives. Don's career began at Fidessa, where roles included IT Security Manager for the Americas and Technical Information Security Officer, focusing on protecting enterprise operations across North and South America. Prior to Fidessa, Don gained experience at Belzberg Technologies and Alumni Computer Group, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Liverpool and a certification in Culinary Arts from George Brown College.
