Haider Rashid

Haider Rashid has worked at TRAFiX LLC since 2014, starting as a Manager for Operations/Compliance Analyst and later becoming the Managing Director for Customer Implementations and Back Office Services. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing teams, client support, compliance reporting, and designing customized workflows.

Prior to their time at TRAFiX LLC, Haider worked at MIXIT Inc. from 2008 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Haider worked as a Senior FIX Connectivity/Implementation Engineer and Global Operations Engineer at Mixit Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Their responsibilities included maintaining MIXIT's options portfolio, managing FIX QA tests, establishing FIX connectivity, and designing algorithms.

Haider also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology, which they completed between 2002 and 2006.
